Refund Policy

We have a 7–10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery of your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To request a return, you can contact us at care@sukhisarees.com or phone:+91-8147853090.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:No. 13/1 Sukhi Silks and Sarees Store, Near Vijayanagara Nursing College, Ground Floor Online Department, Bangalore – 560072, Ph: +91 8147853090..When you request a return, the customer must bear the courier charges to send it to our address, and these charges will not be refunded.(Please Note: We do not schedule any return pick-up or provide a return label for any reason, and we will not refund the return courier charges.)

Damages, Mismatch, and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly note that for any product mismatch or damages identified during the return or receiving process, we will only proceed with video footage as evidence.

Exchanges / Replacements

Exchanges or replacements of items can be done on request by contacting us at care@sukhisarees.com or phone:+91-8147853090. For Bangalore customers, you may walk in to the Outlet Store (Sukhisarees Family Store, Nagarabhavi) for an exchange or replacement if required.

International Shipments

If the merchandise is being shipped internationally, you have no right to cancel the order while it is in transit or return your order at the time of delivery for any reason. However, if your order is not delivered within 20–30 days, you may request a refund.

In exceptional situations, if there is a delay in shipping, you will be informed by email before the shipment is made. In such cases, you will have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at care@sukhisarees.com.
